Self Defense Class | Junction City

Flower Power Self Defense uses physical self-defense, along with verbal and emotional self-defense to empower girls and women.
An hour long presentation will contain information about safety (including making safety plans), saying "no" and setting boundaries, and lastly will include "weapons" on our bodies and "targets" on the attacker's body. We will have a short time to practice 2 easy defense moves.
