Drop-in is a space where girl-identified youth can hang out, relax, and build a new community of peers and safe adults. We have a regular craft of the week, games, a library, ping-pong, and so much more; our snacks are great too! Drop-in days also occasionally feature community partners who provide unique activity opportunities, from fanfiction and crafting to robotics and themed parties! So come and drop in any day and any time between 3-6pm from Monday to Thursday every school week.

Parent Youth Circle | Eugene

Parent Youth Circle is an 8-week group developed for girls, non-binary, gender nonconforming, and gender fluid youth and a parent/guardian to work together to improve communication and strengthen their relationships. Therapists facilitating the group offer guided discussions, interactive skill-building activities, and creative expression. Youth and parents often report new challenges as they work to understand and adapt to new relationship and family dynamics that emerge during and throughout adolescence. Former participants regularly tell us that the group helped them work together to build stronger, more engaged relationships with one another. Pre-screening and a commitment to weekly attendance required.

Participants will then take part in a fun craft or activity that directly benefits the featured organization of the week. Stress levels are high for a lot of us right now! Join us for MBSR-T, an 8-week group aimed at helping to reduce stress, learn coping skills, and practice self-care. This group is facilitated by OP therapists who will teach fundamental and foundational mindfulness skills and encourage teens to direct their attention toward that which nourishes and fills them up rather than on that which drains and depletes them. Participants must be able to commit to weekly attendance.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MSBR-T) | Eugene

Stress levels are high for a lot of us right now! Join us for MBSR-T, an 8-week group aimed at helping to reduce stress, learn coping skills, and practice self-care. This group is facilitated by OP therapists who will teach fundamental and foundational mindfulness skills and encourage teens to direct their attention toward that which nourishes and fills them up rather than on that which drains and depletes them. Participants must be able to commit to weekly attendance. Informed consent (guardian, if under 14) required.

OP Queer Space is a drop-in support group for members of the LGBTQIA+/Queer community. This space is for all girls and trans youth of any gender who are queer identified and/or are exploring their gender or sexual/romantic identity. Trans girls, cis girls, trans boys, gender fluid and nonbinary folks are all welcome to participate. This group provides professional and peer support helpful in managing challenges faced by queer and trans youth. OP group facilitators focus on empowerment and community building from a strengths-based, relational approach. Come build your queer community! Regular attendance is not required. Registered youth can attend on a drop-in basis.
